    Head,Marketing and Sales

    The Head, M&S is expected to establish and promote strategies to stimulate marketing opportunities and sales revenue.

    • B.Sc or B.A in a related area
    • 7 – 10 years’ experience within Real Estate / Property development industry with at least 2 years at managerial level
    • MBA or Master’s degree in marketing will be advantageous
    • Industry experience in Sales & Marketing or other B2B S&M


    • Create, manage and implement marketing strategy, plan and budget for real estate sales in conjunction with appropriate team members
    • Identify, qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple mediums.
    • Responsible for achieving aggressive targets.
    • Possess and maintain thorough understanding of the real estate development industry and stay abreast of industry trends.
    • Continuous sourcing for new marketing frontiers and establishing formidable social network
    • Develop and cultivate relationship with property agents and freelance real estate marketers
    • Create and manage mass marketing campaigns including but not limited to all digital push and pull initiatives, direct mail, emails, events, owner referral, broker referral, social media etc.
    • Manage web, social media and regular media presence
    • Provide content for press releases, stories, interviews, etc.
    • Manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
    • Handle the relationship with off-takers and clients
    • Participate in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department
