Business Manager at HRLeverage Africa

The Business Manager is responsible for strategic leadership and effective management of the day to day running of the company. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand business offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build-up activities and partnerships to increase student enrollment
• Engage in research to understand changing immigration policies of destination countries and ensure the same is communicated to staff and clients
• Coordination and Monitoring of agreed targets (monthly reports/feedback)
• Act as a visibly strong leader, ensuring that all activities and reporting are accurate, legally compliant and in-line with the company’s policies, highlighting and resolving concerns when identified.
• Report areas of opportunity and risk that may impact on operational efficiencies of the business units
• Responsible for achieving an integrated service delivery for all business units including vendor management
• Set out and agree on a project plan to deliver the objectives and communicate the same to all staff and monitor performance.

Required Experience and Qualification

• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in managing a portfolio of business in the educational services industry
• Evidence of involvement in change management, service delivery and improvement
• Degree in Business Management or related fields
• Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
