Waiter/Gelato Server at Jemi Neil Consulting

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos State

Our Client, one of the fastest growing Bakery and Gelateria Company in Victoria is looking for a competent Waiter/Gelato Server.

Job Summary

The Waiters are the front line representatives and interact daily with outlet customers. The wait staff must have a clear understanding of the products served in order to make adequate recommendations to customers whenever necessary. They are required to serve and represent the company’s customer oriented strategy. The waiters responsibility is to take the customers gelato and drinks order and endure customers are satisfied.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensuring customers get the right orders
• Scooping and assisting with menu selection
• Report any issues to shop manager
• Ensure Gelato display cabinets are clean and all products are labeled correctly
• Making and serving beverages
• Supporting other wait staff as the need arises
• Weigh each gelato tray at the beginning and end of the day
