The Wow

You will be responsible for operation, management and support of the infrastructure services and solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Line:

You will report to the IT Operations Manager

What's in it for You:

• You will provide level 1 IT support for end-user hardware and software applications.
• Assigning and resolving Service Desk requests with defined SLA.
• Maintaining IT inventory and managing delivery from procurement department.
• Monitoring and reporting failures in WAN and LAN network.
• Maintain and periodically service printers, scanners and other devices, including replacement of parts.
• Documenting user guide on commonly used application and contribute to our IT knowledge base.

Who are You?

• You have a bachelor’s degree enhanced with relevant technical training and certification or equivalent.
• A 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of computer hardware and software; Windows OS, macOS and Linux OS.
• Have average skills in supporting and troubleshooting LAN's and WAN's and related protocols and technologies (i.e. TCP/IP, FTP, VoIP, web, etc.).
• You are comfortable working with wireless printers, layer 3 switches and servers.
• Possesses basic understanding of cloud technologies – Azure, AWS or GCP. and configuration of Access Points, routers and switches.
