Job Duties

• Support the program manager in coordinating the activities of the Rural Affairs Institute
• Design training curriculum
• Measures outcome from trainings
• Research and recommend learning equipment
• Calculate report on training costs
• Order instructional materials
• Implement programs and formulate action points to address the implementation issues
• Organize seminars and workshop
• Train practitioners Industrialization
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the institute
• Report to the program manager

Qualification/requirements

• B.Ed in Business administration or any related field with education background from a reputed university/institution.
•  Sound knowledge in capital development
•  Advance capabilities in MS-Office, especially power point and excel
• Familiarity with government policies, programs and government operational systems in Nigeria
• Strong communication (written and oral) skills
• Passion for and adequate understanding on development challenges and rural poverty reduction; knowledge of community participation
