Description
The department of Medical Laboratory Sciences is in need of qualified Professors in the following areas:
- Chemical Pathology
- Histopathology
- Histopathology/Morbid Anatomy
- Haematology/Blood Transfusion
- Medical Microbiology/Parasitology/Virology.
- Immunology.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Applicant must have been a Reader or Associate Professor for four (4) years and possess a Doctorate Degree and/or FWACP, FMC Path with at least ten (10) years University teaching and research experience in the relevant discipline.
- Must also have a good record of scholarly publications of at least twenty (20) Journals papers of which six (6) must be published offshore plus four (4) referred proceedings.
- Must have adequate administrative experience.
Conditions of Service
- As contained in the Human Resource Policy Document of the University.
Salary and Allowances
Salary and allowances are at enhanced level above those presently in Public Universities in Nigeria.
