Accounting Officer at Hamik Engineering

Details:

• Prepare invoices before expiration of period for services rendered to our clients
• Monitor revenue generating activities to proactively notify clients of payment before due date
• Track payments from clients to our receiving accounts
• Manage petty cash and daily, weekly, and month expenses of the company
• Preparation and timely Submission of invoices
• Reconcile all impress expenses in line with company policy
• Present monthly funds administration reports
• Monitor timesheets of personnel working on all Hamik client locations
• Ensure that all receivables accounts are cleared off by proactively engaging in recovery exercises for all past due/overdue invoices
• Managing records and receipts
• Preparation of monthly salary payroll
• Develop and maintain payment timeline and procedure for suppliers and vendors.
• Be a focal point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
