    Visual Communications & UI / UX Design Specialist

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a high-caliber Visual Communications Specialist to own the end-to-end design of our most critical business assets. You will be responsible for transforming complex data and strategic concepts into "Consulting-Grade" presentations (McKinsey/BCG style) and high-end UI/UX designs for our digital newsletters and proposals.
    • The ideal candidate has a "pixel-perfect" obsession, a deep understanding of information hierarchy, and the ability to make dense information look breathable, modern, and elite.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Elite Presentation Design: Create high-stakes business decks, investor pitches, and internal proposals. You must be able to structure "story-driven" slides that prioritize clarity and logical flow.
    • UI/UX for Newsletters: Design the layout and user experience for digital newsletters, ensuring they are mobile-responsive, easy to navigate, and visually stunning.
    • Proposal Decks: Build persuasive, sleek proposal templates that reflect a premium brand identity.

    Internal Auditor

    Job Summary

    • The Internal Auditor ensures strong internal controls, financial accuracy, operational discipline, and compliance across all units of the integrated poultry value chain—breeder farms, hatcheries, feed mill, commercial farms, processing plant, logistics, and sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine audits of financial transactions, farm operations, feed mill, hatchery, and processing plant.
    • Verify inventory accuracy for feed, vaccines, DOCs, live birds, Finished Goods, and farm consumables.
    • Review compliance with biosecurity protocols, SOPs, and Nigerian regulatory standards.
    • Monitor production data (mortality, FCR, hatchability, yields) for accuracy and integrity.
    • Investigate irregularities, fraud risks, stock variances, and operational leakages.
    • Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations; track closure of audit issues.
    • Fraud Prevention & Investigations
    • Proactively identify fraud risks and control weaknesses.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, root causes, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations as required by the Managing Director.
    • Present audit findings to senior management and audit committees.
    • Track and follow up on implementation of agreed corrective actions.

    Process Improvement Advisory

    • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, cost control, and data integrity.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to operational and finance teams while maintaining audit independence.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives and internal control awareness.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
    • ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CIA or equivalent professional qualification.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 6–10 years relevant internal audit, risk, or finance experience.
    • Prior experience in agribusiness, poultry, FMCG, manufacturing, or large multi-site operations
    • Proven experience leading audits and managing complex assignments.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong leadership and audit planning skills
    • Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities
    • Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and governance

    Role Purpose

    • Support and manage all utility-related maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant operations, minimal downtime, and compliance with KPIs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and maintain all utility equipment, ensuring uninterrupted supply of power, air, steam, and water.
    • Execute preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance for utility systems.

    Import Logistics Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Import Logistics Officer to join its Import Logistics Department.
    • The role involves managing import shipments from documentation to final delivery, coordinating with banks, Customs, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective clearance of goods.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage import shipments from Proforma Invoice stage to final delivery

    • Strong knowledge of Nigeria import and clearing processes
    • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables)
    • Strong email writing and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Ability to work remotely via smartphone when required
    • Good command of the English language and strong teamwork skills.

    Working Hours:

    • Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
    • Alternate Saturdays for shipment planning and backlog clearing.
