REPORTS TO: HEAD, FRONT OPERATIONS (RESTAURANT)

JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for carrying out job duties in adminiostration, custiomer service and emplyee employment

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Responsible for controlling expensses & product quality, managing inventory ETC
- Promotes company image both internallyY & externally to employess & customers
- Resolves customers complaints to their satisfaction and answering enquires
- Setting standatrds for customer service & evaluating current employees work habits & standards
- Generate prompt & relevant reports like competitors analysis, sales trends, and SWOT analysts ETC For maamagement use in decision making
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowlege of the industry; managerial experience & experience with cash flow & inventory management
- Proven knowlege & use of computer with relevant softwares applications
SALARY:

VERY COMPETITIVE (FROM #90,000)
