REPORTS TO:                  HEAD, FRONT OPERATIONS (RESTAURANT)

JOB OVERVIEW:         Responsible for carrying out job duties in adminiostration, custiomer service and emplyee employment

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Responsible for controlling expensses & product quality, managing inventory ETC
• Promotes company image both internallyY & externally to employess & customers
• Resolves customers complaints to their satisfaction and answering enquires
• Setting standatrds for customer service & evaluating current employees work habits & standards
• Generate prompt & relevant reports like competitors analysis, sales trends, and SWOT analysts ETC For maamagement use in decision making

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowlege of the industry; managerial experience & experience with cash flow & inventory management
• Proven knowlege & use of computer with relevant softwares applications
