    Channel Sales Manager

    We are currrently looking to recruit a Channel Sales Manager responsible for recruiting and prequalifying resellers, develop and expand  the channel sales of assigned products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure consistent market expansion of the products
    • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
    • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
    • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
    • Evaluate resellers’ sales performance and recommend improvements.
    • Educate and train resellers about product portfolio and complimentary services offered.
    • Address reseller’s  related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
    • Develop positive working relationship with resellers to build business.
    • Develop and deliver channel enablement activities to increase partner engagement and revenue growth.
    • Incorporating Marketing and Product managers’ plans with the business partners needs to maximize channel knowledge and capabilities.
    • Build tools, processes and infrastructure to support the growing needs of the business
    • Provide structured & timely reports to management.
    • Develop and maintain strategic and operational relationships with new and existing partners
    • Develop and execute business plans with Resellers/ channel partners that include joint sales, product and marketing activities.
    • Set product training activities for reseller’s sales and technical team

    Qualification

    • BSc or HND in Marketing or any Social science discipline with atleast 7 years experience in channel sales
    • Excellent professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of a range of software products and services
    • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
    • Knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, procedures, and techniques.
    • Ability to provide technical training to end users.
    • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
    • Visible with a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
    • Knowledge on different aspects of IT, security, networking, hardware etc.
    • Presentation skills
