Operation Manager

- Location Enugu
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Job Level: Senior level

Responsibilities
- Building and sustaining a strong brand
- Institutionalize a culture of profitable, world-class hotel services
- Oversee all daily affairs of the hotel in Enugu
- Build a strong team, create structures and processes that will aggressively expand sales and enhance the hotel’s competitive edge
- Any other functions that may be assigned by the company
Requirements
- Must have had at least 2 years working experience in Hotel and Hospitality Industry
- Must be at least an HND holder
- Must have had a minimum of 1 years Account/Supervisory working experience in an hotel
- Between the age of 32 years and above
- Must be available for interview immediately
- Strong Supervisory/Accounting skill
- Sound knowledge of financial matters
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
