A Tele Investigator is someone who carries out investigations on the phone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Realize basic information, industry, home address and other real situations of customers through data and telephone survey.
• Excavate, investigate and record the abnormal information points through the troubleshooting method.
• For suspected fraudulent customers, should induce them to disclose relevant facts after appeasing them with appropriate words.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills on the telephone.
• Any relevant work experience.
