FinTech Project Manager (Nigeria and West Africa) at New Usual Limited

Job Description

• Our client, an international FinTech company, providing next generation financial technology products and services requires an experienced project manager to lead the implementation of its solutions across clients in Nigeria and West Africa.
• The role requires candidates to be diverse in their background and have specific experience with packaged application, open digital systems, development and support. Candidates must be experienced working with both internal teams as well as vendors and business users to create the best solutions possible.
• To be successful in this role candidates must have extensive experience managing multiple projects at different stages. Balancing the urgency of initiatives and following an "onboarding" process for new projects will be key.
• Candidates will receive support and guidance throughout the engagement process.

Requirements
Must have:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in Banking and Financial Services environments
• 3+ years working in a large enterprise environment
• 3+ years implementing, updating and enhancing packaged software
• A strong knowledge of core banking and financial application systems implementation
• PMP and / or PRINCE2 Professional Certification

Nice to have:

• Experience with designing, developing and implementing Core Banking, Insurance and Capital Market Applications and Systems
• Business Development experience.
