Job Summary

• The Customer Sales Assistant (cashier) is responsible for attending to customers’ betting needs, enquiries and also managing cashiers account for placing of bets.

Job Description

• The CSA (Cashier) is responsible for taking payments for bets.
• Paying out winnings to customers.
• Balancing their account each day.
• Operating a computerised betting and till system.
• Educating customers on different permutation and till system.
• Receive payment before placing bet.
• Resolve customers’ complaints etc.

Requirements

• S.S.C.E/OND.
• Customer friendly.
• The ideal candidate must be smart, adaptive and a quick learner.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to handle basic computation.
• Ability to utilize computer technology to work.
• Able to work on weekends (off-days on week days).
