• We seek to employ a Head, Sales & Marketing.
• Project management duties include delivering every project on time and within budget and scope.
• The ideal candidate must have background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales and marketing targets by successfully managing team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Monitoring of sales and marketing representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales and marketing, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Managing Director.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to products and services.
• Marketing products and services to corporate customers

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s in any discipline and a Master’s Degree in any business related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in Sales, Marketing and Haulage
• Relevant professional qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Excel Office
• Track record of Exceptional team leading.
