    Personal Assistant to Commercial Manager

    Job Profile

    Position Summary: To support the Commercial Manager and Executives across the full range of commercial activity; including providing programme information to 3rd parties and co-ordinating the flow of information between the ORGANISATION and distributors, in order to help maximise 3rd party investment and hit annual targets for a specific programme area.

    Job Description

    • Supporting Commercial Manager and Executives (office administration, client correspondence, diary management, arranging travel).
    • Updating the Commercial Agency’s programme and investment database, to display up-to-date information on all programmes as well as negotiation/ co-production details.
    • Supporting the Commercial Manager and Executives by providing information and analysis, on an ad hoc basis, of commercial activity undertaken by the team.
    • Deputising for the Commercial Executive during periods of leave as required

    Requirements

    Minimum of 5 years working experience is required for the position.

    Desired skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. MS-excel, MS-word, Outlook etc.).
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

    Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the work environment.

    Hours

    Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily.
