Job Profile

Position Summary:  Who will be managing and handling of shipping documents, so as to have access in the discharge of goods from the vessel.

Job Description

• Calculation of Duty, ( Annexure, Proforma Invoice, PFI )
• Bill of Lading/General description of goods
• Product Certificate
• Submission of Form M
• SONCAP
• PAAR
• Customs Assessment
• Duty payment
• Customs Duty
• Shipping Bill
• Terminal Bill etc.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years working experience is required for the position.

Desired skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications ( i.e. MS-excel, MS-word, Outlook etc)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multitask
• Handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately
• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
• Possess strong problem solving skills

Hours

Normal working hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily.
