We are looking for a Communications and Marketing Manager  to join our awesome team at Finance Life Technologies Limited (Riby Finance). We are a team of ambitious, curious people building platforms that make it super easy for anyone to save, borrow and invest as well as boosting local businesses and deepening financial inclusion.

Job Summary- Be an integral part of the Marketing Team that manages marketing, branding, company communications, public relations & related engagements for Riby and all its business interests.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee activities of the marketing department.
• Divide the Riby business and stakeholders into crystal units (segments) for proper clarity and homogeneity in communication. Segments will include to Riby core business stakeholders (team, investors, board, agents etc.), products, partners, customers among others.
• Develop, execute, manage and report on periodic marketing plans to cover all Riby Stakeholder Segments.
• Content Development and writing across our social media platforms
• Manage internal and external team communication
• Customer engagement & marketing across all media types.
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Ensure that brand programs are developed and implemented consistently with approved budget
• Execute any other business and marketing task as assigned by the company

Working Experiences

Minimum of 3 years in similar field

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical skills
• Must possess leadership skills
