Compliance & Risk Officer at Fourcore Integrated Services

JOB SUMMARY

• We are seeking a detail-driven, disciplined, and commercially aware Business Operations & Compliance Officer to strengthen our internal controls, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance across the business.

This role is critical and time-sensitive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, document, and enforce business processes, SOPs, and internal controls
• Monitor operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage, maintain, and optimize CRM platforms and workflows, support user training
• Provide support for internal IT operations and in-house technology tools
• Collaborate with relevant teams and partners to oversee on-premise technology infrastructure across subsidiaries
• Identify operational and compliance risks and implement mitigation measures
• Conduct internal compliance checks and support audit readiness
• Work cross-functionally to embed compliance without disrupting operations
• Prepare reports on operational performance, risks, and compliance status

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, compliance, audit, or risk management.
• Strong understanding of process control, documentation, and enforcement
• Proven experience managing and supporting CRM systems and platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to spot gaps and inconsistencies
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge non-compliance professionally
• Experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle in an advantage.
• Strong judgment, integrity, and ability to work independently
• A collaborative mindset with a high degree of professionalism, initiative, and adaptability.
