Secretary/Billing Executive

Job Description
- Must know how to use computer and MS Office
- Provide executive assistance to the General Manager
- Sales billing and operations required for smooth sales activity
- Coordinate between logistics/finance/warehouse and sales team
- Input data entry when required for office management
- Proper communication between different departments
- Proper upkeep of office and filing of records
- Maintain and restock stationery when required
- Female candidate is preferable
Requirements
- Academic Qualification: B.Sc/HND
- Related Working Experience: 5+ years
