    Accountant

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Financial Leadership:

    • Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business goals.
    • Drive strategic decision - making by providing actionable financial insights to the executive team

    Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
    • Optimize cash flow management
    • Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reducing cost overruns and maximizing profitability.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Mentor and manage the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Liaise with external partners, including banks, investors, and auditors, to build and maintain strong relationships.
    • Present financial performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA) is highly preferred.
    • 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 - 5 years in a senior management role.
    • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and operational excellence in a fast - paced, growth - oriented environment.
    • In - depth knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and compliance standards in Nigeria.
    • Strong analytical, decision - making, and communication skills.

    Operations Lead

    Job Summary

    Responsibilities

    • Generate reports and insights from the CRM to support strategic decision-making.
    • Attend to walk-in clients professionally and provide tailored solutions to their inquiries and concerns.
    • Track and manage email communications with clients, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Monitor daily trading activities and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Requirements

    • Hands-on experience with CSCS and Symplus software is mandatory.
    • Deep understanding of the Nigerian stock market.

    Portfolio Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Construct, manage, and rebalance diversified client portfolios in line with agreed mandates and investment policy statements.
    • Develop and implement asset allocation strategies across equities, fixed income, forex, and alternative assets.
    • Monitor portfolio performance against benchmarks and deliver consistent risk - adjusted returns.
    • Conduct ongoing macro and market analysis to inform portfolio positioning and tactical allocation decisions.
    • Stay current with global and local market developments, regulatory changes, and economic data relevant to portfolio positioning.
    • Serve as a trusted investment advisor to institutional and high - net - worth clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling investment performance reports and portfolio reviews.
    • Communicate investment strategy, rationale, and outlook clearly to both sophisticated and non-specialist audiences.
    • Identify, assess, and manage portfolio risks including market, liquidity, and concentration risk.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Second Class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
    • 7 – 12 years of progressive experience in investment management, asset management, or a related financial services role.
    • CFA Chartered or actively pursuing CFA designation.
    • Postgraduate qualification (MBA, MSc Finance) is an added advantage.
    • Demonstrable track record of managing portfolios and delivering measurable investment performance.
    • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian capital markets and regulatory environment (SEC, NGX).
    • Exposure to global markets and cross - asset investment strategies is a strong advantage.

    Brand Designer

    Summary

    • As a Brand Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our message and capture our brand's essence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design high-quality graphics, logos, icons, and infographics for various media (print, web, social media)
    • Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity and style guide
    • Create engaging and informative presentations, reports, and marketing materials
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design campaign materials
    • Stay up to date with design trends and software (Adobe Creative Suite).

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design
    • Skilled with 3D Software, animation and rendering tools. Excellent visual design skills
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
    • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines.
