Role Overview

• We’re looking for a Set designer to build and design the physical look and feel of a shoot or event set; from concept and sourcing to build, styling, and on-set adjustments, and ensuring the final set matches creative direction, on time and on budget.
• This role is responsible for sourcing, creating and designing set location, and bringing creative feel of the the project to life while aligning with the creative direction.
• You’ll work closely with creative team to ensure campaign locations are phyiscally appealing, designed as the inspiration and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop set concepts and ensure the concepts are aligned with creative direction.
• Source props, materials and furniture.
• Build and style the physical set.
• Make real-time adjustments on shoot day.
• Manage set budget and vendor sourcing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Portfolio showing prior set design work(s).
• Hands-on building / construction skills.
• Strong visual and spatial design sense.
• Ability to source materials / props within budget.
• Comfortable adapting quickly on shoot day.
• Ability to translate the feel of the creative direction in the physical set.
• Basic use of google sheet and google document.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with talent, influencers, or lifestyle brands.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to do an excellent  job within budget and timeframe.
• Eye for details and exceptional props and setups.

Work Structure:

• Project based: Depends on the duration and type of the project.
