    Area Sales Associate

    Job Expectations

    • Present purchase and sales offers to sellers and buyers for consideration and Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
    • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
    • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
    • Carry out property sales and purchase inspections at any given time.
    • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
    • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services.
    • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and sales agreements, deeds and leases and or other contracts.
    • Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
    • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
    • Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles and obtain property information.
    • Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and also contribute to team's daily sales goals.

    Job Requirements

    • A degree or Higher National Diploma
    • 2-3 years of Property sales experience
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer services.
    • High attention to detail
    • Demonstrated selling skills
    • Ability to maintain a professional appearance.

    Job Expectation

    • Candidate must have experience in editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or (Final Cut Pro) and Adobe Lightroom.
    • Have experience capturing memories through video and still pictures

    Professional Driver

    Job Description

    • Drive vehicle to and fro designated destinations.
    • Apply knowledge of good driving and skills in maneuvering vehicle at varying speeds in difficult situations, such as heavy traffic, inclement weather.
    • Reporting all accidents and incidents involving the car.
    • Promptly report any delays due to breakdowns, weather or traffic conditions or other emergencies.
    • Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations including driver’s record of duty status,
    • Mileage records, and other records required by law.
    • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, and comply with all federal, state and local regulations for the safe operations of a private motor vehicle.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of Senior School Certificate.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license

    • Must be able to drive Saloon vehicle both manual and automatic transmissions.
    • Must possess good communication skills - Oral & Written.

    Other Requirements:

    Senior Sales Associate (Media & Exhibition Sales)

    Job Description

    • Market and sell exhibition stand to corporate organizations for participation in company hosted exhibitions & events
    • Identify opportunities for corporate sponsorships and strategic partnerships
    • Maximize revenue opportunities from partners and sponsors by driving sales leads and increasing sales conversions
    • Maintain open and ongoing communication with clients to ensure their needs / expectations are consistently met or exceeded on schedule.
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow up activities
    • Maintain current knowledge of the exhibition activities within the industry and provide management with relevant information to guide decision making
    • Provide management with necessary information and suggestions to aid the successful execution of all company hosted event
    • Work with colleagues from other departments to improve work efficiency and overall service delivery to clients
    • Offer inspiration and training of team members on how to attain exhibitions sales objective and direct sales targets
    • Appraise exhibition team members, give suggestions on reward, punishment or dismissal of personnel where applicable
    • Recommend the hiring of additional staff where necessary and participate in the interview of candidates for exhibition sales
    • Generate action plans to enhance performance and productive capacity of under-performing team members
    • Negotiate performance and prepares models to secure new business and retain existing business
    • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes (CORE Values)
    • Other duties as assigned by Unit Head
