    Bakery Sales Driver

    Summary

    • The Bakery Sales Driver will be primarily responsible for driving vehicles over established routes or within an established territory to sell baked products to retail outlets, pick up and deliver items.

    Responsibilities

    • Review lists of customers and load trucks.
    • Drive trucks to retail outlets to deliver products.
    • Generating new market leads and engaging with new clients and customers from all aspects.
    • Assist the bakery sales girls in carrying bakery products from the vehicle and giving to customers based on their orders.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education and Qualification

    • Minimum of OND in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
    • Must be resident within Ajah axis.

    Bakery Sales Girl

    Summary

    • The Bakery Sales Girl will be primarily responsible for establishing direct interaction with retail customers such as Store Managers, receiving personnel and other associates, developing strong relationships with them and proactively resolving problems and increase sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain appropriate product levels in the bread aisle and display locations. throughout the account, promoting growth.
    • Responsible for route operational activity such as ordering and distribution, promotional activity and meeting customer expectations.
    • Delivering and selling to established accounts.
    • Taking product from company vehicle into stores, restaurants, etc.
    • Ensure that product distribution is accomplished to customer satisfaction in agreement with any contract terms and requirements.
    • Preplanning specific orders for each customer.
    • Analyse account sales data to achieve optimal distribution of product to achieve sales goals and maximize freshness and related expenses.
    • Receive cash and other payments form customers.
    • Custodianship of sales proceeds and remittance of same to finance department.
    • Solicit new business within the route territory.

    Education and Qualification

    • Minimum of SSCE.
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.

    Forklift Operator

    Brief

    • We are currently recruiting for the role of a Forklift Operator for our warehouse services.

    Summary

    • The Forklift Operator will be primarily responsible for using the forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas or storage facilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them with the use of the forklift to assigned places.
    • Locate and move stock of products to pallets for storage or shipment.
    • Stacking goods in correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.
    • Checking loads are secure.
    • Stacking empty pallets.
    • Identify damages and report shortages.
    • Performing daily equipment check such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
    • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.

    • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

    Education and Qualification

    Customer Care Officer (Bakery)

    Brief

    Summary

    • The Customer Care Officer will be primarily responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the company, assisting with complaints, orders, errors, queries and inquiries from customers.

    Contact Centre Supervisor

    Summary

    • The Contact Centre Supervisor will be primarily responsible for establishing Contact Centre objectives, providing agents with the opportunity to expand their knowledge of services and products, analyzing Contact Centre data and focusing on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Training and coaching Contact Centre Agents as they provide support for customers.
    • Develop standards, processes, procedures and documentation to support quality and service goals involving triage and assignment of incoming call to closing a call with a satisfied customer.
    • Answering agent’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues and handling issues that cannot be handled by the agents.
    • Holding team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls agents are receiving, educating and coaching agents on processes and practices whilst explaining company expectations to them.
    • Ensuring agents are achieving desired service level and taking the right actions needed.
    • Preparing reports and analyzing Contact Centre data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Strive to continuously improve results and customer satisfaction.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education and Qualifications

    • Minimum of a B.Sc in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
    • Must be resident within Lekki- Ajah axis.
    • Proven experience as Contact Centre Supervisor or similar customer service role.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading a team of Contact Centre Agents.
    • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
    • Applicants must be resident within Lekki-Ajah axis.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
    • Excellent inter-personal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and conflict resolution skills.
    • Strong coaching and leadership skills and ability to motivate employees.
    • Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, e.t.c
