    Senior Operations Associate

    Job Summary

    • A Senior Operations Associate is a mid-level managerial role. The individual will oversee the end-to-end operations of the entire Carsbazr framework. In the absence of the Head, Retail & Storage, the Senior Operations Associate takes the helm of affairs and will be a pivotal member of the Retail & Storage unit.
    • He/she is responsible for smooth operations across the Carsbazr eco-system; storage locations, admin officers, vendors, analytics, planning, project execution etc.
    • The Senior Operations Associate would report directly to Head of Retail and Storage as well as interface with various stakeholders within the business.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Oversee the entire Retail & Storage Team operations.
    • Understudy the Retail & Storage Head to understand the intricacies of day-to-day operations.
    • Manage the entire Carsbazr team in the absence of the Head, Retail & Storage.
    • Supervise all admin related requests for the storage team – margin approvals, supplies requests, extra requests etc.
    • Review, validate cost forecast/budgets + design control mechanisms for each storage location.
    • Ensure the Retail & Storage delivers on core KPIs

    Competency Profile
    Educational Requirement:

    Asset Officer

    Job Summary

    • An Asset Officer is responsible for minimum 30 vehicles within a storage location. Asset Officers oversee the entire process of auto-retailing from merchandising to sales; vehicle display standardization, vehicle physical condition (good glass, good tyre, clean wash), vehicle sales and negotiation (tasks are not limited to this). An Asset Officer functions also functions as a business development associate within their location – contributing towards sales strategies, marketing drives and concept to improve overall performance of the location. He/she would report directly to the Lot Manager of the Location and indirectly to the Head of Retail and Storage as well as interface with various stakeholders within the business.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Drive vehicle sales within a storage location.
    • Offer exceptional service experience to Carsbazr customers (Dealers, Merchants and End-users)
    • Ensure vehicles meet the Carsbazr display standard (External Stickers, Internal Stickers, Vehicle Grade, Vehicle Price, Inspection Report and Documentation Check List)
    • Handle the daily morning drill exercise for vehicles allocated – check fluid levels (water/oil), start and run engines, raise repair request for not starting cars.
    • Responsible for planning and execution to meet core KPI targets
    • Ensure adequate precautionary measures are taken to avoid operational hazards within a storage location.
    • Provide daily/weekly report to Lot Manager on assigned tasks.
    • Ensure all data reports are effectively updated – vehicle receipt and release, internal transits and all compulsory updates on the enterprise solution.
    • Ensure all incidences within a storage location is effectively reported to the unit head.
    • All other assigned tasks as required by the unit head

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the center, coordinating resources and growing sales for in the assigned center. He or she is primarily responsible for converting prospective customers to paid customers.

    Facilities & Admin Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Facilities & Admin Officer will coordinate all building and asset maintenance for our inspection centers.
    • He/she will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are in good conditions, up to code, and fully operational.
    • The Facilities & Admin Officer will also be responsible for managing contractors and working with third party vendors.
    • He/she will visit various centers daily, identify snags and provide solutions; as well as follow up on contractors/vendor to ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects.

    Operations Associate

    Job Summary

    • The Operations Associate is the back-bone of the retail & storage unit, a core arm of the Cars45 sister business, CarsBazr.
    • He/she is responsible for all support services as needed to efficiently run a storage location.
    • The Operations Associate manages back-end cost forecasts, handles efficient coordination of all logistics requirements, enforce budget utilization, regulate profit operations from storage locations and all other admin related tasks.
    • He/she would objectively function as a catalyst to “deliver a world-class retail experience”, and would report directly to the Head, Retail and Storage as well as interface with various stakeholders within the business.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Handles all admin related requests for the storage team – margin approvals, supplies requests, extra requests etc.
    • Prepares cost forecast, setup control mechanisms and budgets for each storage location.
    • Handles all forecast for Retail & Storage cost lines.
    • Manages the entire logistics framework; inter-yard movements, inter-state movements etc.
    • Recommends optimal cost management strategies for deployment across business unit.
    • Interfaces with vendors – Repair Shops, Service providers to delivery excellent results on tasks.

    Lot Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Lot Manager(LM) is responsible for the entire strategic performance of a storage location. LM oversees the auto-retail strategies from location setup to P&L management.
    • He/she would lead the Asset Officers, QC Personnel and any other staff within a storage location.
    • They are charged with delivering world-class retail experience at their varied storage locations; customer interactions, vehicle merchandising, cost and budgets, profit analysis, inventory composition etc.
    • Lot Manager ensure that the core key performance indicators for each storage location is meet and exceeded; Sales targets, margin, merchandising; vehicle display standardization, vehicle physical condition (good glass, good tyre, clean wash), foot traffic, CVR and negotiation (tasks are not limited to this). 
    • A LM wears multiple hats on the job; drives marketing initiatives, repairs manager, business development manager and performance improvement officer.
    • He/she would report directly to Head of Retail and Storage as well as interface with various stakeholders within the business.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Solely responsible for all processes within a storage location.
    • Lead and drive optimal performance of any storage location assigned.
    • Ensures that the location offers exceptional service experience to Carsbazr customers (Dealers, Merchants and End-users)
