    Fulfillment Officer

    Function of the Role

    The fulfillment officer is responsible for delivering LifeBank products to its esteemed customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Load the cold chain, prepare, inspect and operate delivery bikes
    • Properly use and maintain delivery equipment, including blue tooth lock
    • Keep accurate records of deliveries and customer authorization and ensure all documentation is submitted to management on time
    • Follow marked out routes and time schedules for dispatching packages
    • Follow pre-planned route accurately without deviation from set course
    • Drive safely and follow all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy environment
    • Keep company vehicle clean and ensure it is well-maintained, has fuel, oil and is ready to drive
    • Communicate with customers by phone to update them of time of deliveries if there have been issues or changes to their estimated time of arrival
    • Inform management of any change in route or obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time
    • Collect payment from customer if applicable
    • Strictly adhere to traffic rules and safety standards
    • Inspect motorcycle/vehicle before departing to deliver goods
    • Fill in pertinent information such as mileage and delivery time in company provided log books
    • Check motorcycle/vehicle for possible wear and tear
    • Ensure that both general and preventative maintenance measures are performed on the motorcycle/vehicle
    • Perform all other duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Educational Qualification

    • OND or SSCE in any discipline

    Experience

    • 1-2+ years in a similar role
    • A basic knowledge of motorcycle/vehicle maintenance is useful

    Customer Service Representative

    The customer service representative will be the first line of contact for LifeBank customers. The role will be handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Answer calls, emails and web chat enquiries from prospective customers
    • Provide customers with accurate product and service information
    • Receive orders and schedule dispatch of blood and blood products
    • Establish priorities and sequences for the ordering, processing and dispatching of customer requests
    • Ensure compliance with set standards of customer service when conversing with clients
    • Help achieve sales objectives by making telesales and utilizing upselling opportunities
    • Create and update customer profile/accounts to allow for easy resolution of customer problems
    • Escalate complex issues to more experienced call center operators for proper resolution
    • Maintain records of inquiries or complaints as well as logs of interaction with customers
    • Calm angry or frustrated customers and ensure their challenges or issues are addressed properly
    • Go the extra mile to build and maintain positive trust relationship with clients

    Medical Sales Representatives

    Function of the Role

    The medical sales representative will be responsible for promoting LifeBank and its products to hospitals and blood banks. She/he will build market positions for LifeBank by identifying, developing and negotiating business relationships that translate into sales. S/he will work to grow the client base of the company, foster client relationships and develop new opportunities for LifeBank’s products and services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Schedule and conduct sales appointments with key resource personnel of hospitals and blood banks to sell LifeBank products
    • Conduct research to identify potential clients for LifeBank and notify management if special attention is required
    • Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers
    • Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Provide daily call reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
    • Organize sales campaigns to create awareness and increase product publicity
    • Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and blood banks to ensure they are using the app and placing orders
    • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
    • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments including pricing, new products and delivery schedules
    • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
    • Develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base as well as minimizing clientele attrition
    • Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support
    • Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area

    • Work closely with sales staff and other internal colleagues for best specifications to meet consumer needs
    • Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and blood banks to ensure they are using the app and placing ordersKeep a profile of the current clientele of the business and regularly update the database
    • Attend industry specific functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide valuable feedback and information on market and creative trends
    • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
    • Use knowledge of the market and competitors research to identify and develop the company’s unique selling proposition and differentiators
    • Prepare customer service agreements and other client paper work based on the company policy

    Operations and Fulfillment Lead

    Function of the Role

    The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to- day operations of LifeBank. S/he will be expected to plan, direct, oversee and coordinate the operations of the company, as well as continuously develop and implement organizational strategies, policies and practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide oversight of the fulfillment, administrative, customer service and community units
    • Establish priorities and sequences for the ordering, processing and dispatching of customer requests
    • Develop, implement and monitor local processes that are necessary to meet transportation and supply services requirements
    • Plan and organize tasks and resources to achieve strategic goals and objectives
    • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to efficiently meet the needs of customers
