Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphics Designer & Motion Graphics Design. The Graphic/Motion Designer will be responsible for creating designs and developing graphical content for a variety of online media. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the project and development teams as well as with the web developer and clients to ensure that their designs meet the expected requirements.

Responsibilities: A high level of proficiency using Adobe products (or equivalent tools). Highly skilled in social media designs.
Strong ability to design with accessibility in mind. Must have strong skills in 2D & 3D Graphics, Familiar with Motion Graphics, and Animations; Must be able to use Adobe After effect, Photoshop, Blender, Illustrator, Corel Draw, or equivalent application(s).

Qualifications: Candidates should possess HND/B.Sc. Degrees with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

Experience:

• Must have at least 2 year's work experience with proof of professional Graphics Design and Animations.
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Must be able to use Graphics software, Photoshop 100%, CorelDraw 80%, Illustrator 70% Premier Pro 50%, after effect 80%, and other adobe software.
• Knowledge of cinema4d, Animate, Blender and any other 3d software will be an added advantage.
• Possess a solid understanding of social media marketing campaigns design
• Strong typography and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing designs
• Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines
• A portfolio showcasing your design work is required
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, social media posts, websites & digital campaigns.
• Design and develop micro sites, banners, video ads, rich emails and other electronic media and develop digital storyboards and animation as demanded.
• Work on tasks pertaining to design style, format, print production and timescales on all banners, graphics, captions, prints and designs.
• Liaising with clients to determine their requirements, timescale and budget.
• Managing client proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production.
• Working with clients’ ideas and managing their expectations.
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
• Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Ability to deliver on deadline
