• Our Organization, a travel Management company is currently seeking to fill the role of B2B Manager for one of its subsidiaries in the Hotel and Tour Industry.

Duties/Responsibilities
He/she will be responsible for:

• Meeting of all sales target set for the subsidiary.
• Source for and maintain relationship with Trade partners and ensure continuous delivery of all hotel and tour services rendered by the subsidiary
• Be a Brand Ambassador for the Subsidiary
• Conduct research to identify new market of agents, and developing techniques such as Cold calls to ensuring they become prospects for new business.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND with a minimum of 2.2
• 4 relevant years in sales and marketing.
• have knowledge of B2B Business
• Experience in the travel industry will be an added advantage.

Job Description

• Our Organization, a travel Management Company is currently seeking to fill the role of a protocol officer who will manage protocol services for all of its subsidiaries.

Responsibilities
He/She will be responsible for:

• Providing protocol to clients at the airport both international and domestic
• Deal with Immigration Authority and airport security force for clearance of clients.
• Arranging collection of travelers
• Ensuring speedy passage through airport – process travel documents.
• Liaise with necessary departments such as Ticket and Reservation to ensure timely discharge of responsibilities.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND with a minimum of 2.2
• 3 years’ experience as a Protocol officer
• Airport experience will be an added advantage

Duties/Responsibilities
He/ she will be responsible for:

• Meet all set sales and profit target for the branch.
• Source for trade partners to increase the sales of the organization.
• Manage the relationship of existing corporate clients and trade partners while sourcing for new ones
• Planning and selling of Tickets, hotels, protocol services, insurance and other travel services
• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
• Manage the entire team and ensure the productivity of the branch, while managing cost.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND
• 5 relevant years in the travel agency as a travel consultant/agency manager
• Proficient use of all GDS- Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre.
• Leadership position would be an added advantage.

• Making hotel reservation for clients
• Plan, and arrange tour packages sold by the organization.
• Ensure all inquiries on hotel is sold or becomes a prospect.
• Create tour packages to suite the budget of clients.

Requirements

• 2 years experience in the Hotel industry or as a hotel consultant
• Proactive and innovative.
