    PR / Communications Manager

    Overall Purpose of Job
    Primary Client interface, providing Public Relations advisory and executing relevant strategies to enhance clients’ businesses.
     
    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Develop public relations, stakeholder engagements and media strategies for clients across various industries
    • Support Zenera’s clients with the implementation and monitoring of corporate and product communications and brand management activities/programmes
    • Manage the implementation of e-communication strategies, new media approach and applications for external and internal clients
    • Maintain relationships with clients, service providers and contractors to maximise value creation
    • Manage media relationships relevant to clients’ activities and proactively nurture relationships to add value
    • Business Development for client products and services
    • Conceptualise value adding social media programmes to boost products

    Person Specifications:

    • A good 1st degree, Master’s degree will be a very added advantage
    • 8 - 10 years work experience out of which 6 years must be in Public Relations
    • You must be currently resident in Ajah /Lagos Island / VI / Lekki or immediate environs.

    Executive Writer

    Overall Purpose of Job
    Executive business writing, strategic communications support for the group and clients through report writing, copywriting, presentations, scripts, publications, speeches and editing.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Research and write reports, newsletters, business-to-consumer communications and business-to-business communications
    • Manage development of research papers on communications and marketing in various sectors of the Nigerian economy
    • Provide timely information and intelligence relevant to clients and their industries
    • Monitor, capture, filter and organise information and data to ensure strategic and valuable information is available for campaigns
    • Develop monthly insightful articles and manage Zenera websites
    • Work with graphic artists to create infographics and other relevant content for social media channels of Zenera Group and clients

    Person Specifications:

    • A good 1st degree, Master’s degree will be an added advantage
    • 2 - 4 years’ work experience
    • You must be currently resident in Ajah /Lagos Island / VI / Lekki or immediate environs.

    Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner EA 0.1

    Overall Purpose of Job
    Primarily act as the Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner (MP) providing business performance planning, monitoring and evaluation of Zenera’s subsidiaries. The nature of this job will require local and international travel.

    • Key Job Responsibilities
    • Assist the MP in overseeing the activities of BuzzDigital, Zenera Consulting and Redbee Limited with periodic updates and reviews
    • Manages media enquiries, executive reports and presentations
    • Financial analysis and basic financial modeling for clients
    • Develops exceptional proposals and correspondences
    • Produce periodic analysis/commentaries on relevant industry and social trends
    • Represents the MP at various internal and external meetings
    • Provides support to Zenera’s clients with the implementation and monitoring of brand management and reputation management programmes
    • Develop strategies for enhancing and managing Zenera’s brand

    Person Specifications:

    • A good 1st degree (2:1 minimum)
    • Master’s degree required
    • 4-7 years work experience
    • You must be currently resident in Ajah /Lagos Island / VI / Lekki or immediate environs.
