    Sales Manager

     

    Responsibilities: 

    The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for sales administration function. He/she will advise senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. Other responsibilities are: 

    • Formulate and implement strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans.
    • Implement policies and procedures for achievement of sales targets
    • Building strong client relationships and ensuring optimal client service
    • Present and sell company products and services to existing and potential customers
    • Identify new sales opportunities and provide consultative support
    • Maintain standards for displaying and merchandising new and old items in the store
    • Coordinating appropriate supply of items
    • Maintain responsibility for full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to negotiation and close of sale 

    Qualification and Experience: 

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of five years experience with at least two years in a supervisory sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Good Interpersonal skills

    Ticketing/Operations Executive

     

    Responsibilities:

    Job Purpose

    • To retain and increase the business of existing key accounts.
    • To meet and exceed client goals and aspirations assigned to their travel programme.
    • To act as the Ambassador of the company, developing meaningful, long lasting relationships.
    • To highlight, document and demonstrate the value and benefit of a continual relationship with the organization.
    • Responsibilities are:
    • Booking of ticket request and maintaining all necessary records on travel arrangements for clients.
    • Ensuring that all clients’ servicing is conducted in line with the Company's Code of Business Conduct.
    • Responsible for managing office emails and administrative correspondence
    • Maintain and develop excellent supplier and customer relationships, delivering value for all parties
    • Identify areas for growth within portfolio of accounts, be it through acquisitions, subsidiary companies
    • Establish and develop strong relationships with all internal personnel associated with portfolio of accounts (operations, finance, Marketing etc)
    • Keep abreast of any industry updates that will affect the customers and report such threats and opportunities to your superior
    • Ability to interrogate data, identifying trends and exceptions that can be reported through to the relevant client
    • Deliver  professional quarterly business reviews, documenting values created,  emerging trends and recommendations
    • Assist the company with any promotions and events.
    • Ensure that PIR's originating from customer interaction are raised immediately and followed through until satisfactory conclusion

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Working understanding of Amadeux.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills with strong commercial awareness.
    • An excellent command of the English language. A high level of computer literacy.
    • 2 years experience serving in a customer relations environments. Accounts management in travels and tourism industry required.

    Area Sales Executive

     

    Responsibilities: 

    The Area Sales Executive is primarily responsible for planning and carrying out all sales activities to achieve targets for the defined area. He/she is to ensure distribution, market development, customer satisfaction and service delivery. 

    • Planning: To plan sales and marketing activities for the area on an annual basis/quarterly/monthly basis.
    • Sales target: Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for the area, as per organization policies.
    • Distribution: To appoint good distributors after consulting with the RSM. To grow the number of dealers aggressively to achieve potential of the area. To motivate distribution members and provide them marketing & customer services support. To create a pipeline of distributors/dealers to cater to long term sales plans.
    • Market development: To conduct a lot of farmer awareness, product trials, customer services meetings in collaboration with Technical Services to develop and grow markets. To make 20-25 sales call per week to new and existing customers
    • Marketing: & Sales Promotion: To plan & conduct different marketing activities like Distributor/Dealer meetings, Conferences, Dealer-Farmer meetings to create awareness and generate demand for our products.
    • Customer Service & Complaint handling: Ensure customer service satisfaction and good distributor relationship. Follow up on sales activity.  Ensure all customer complaints are handled on priority.
    • Collaboration: To collaborate with external enablers like local fisheries experts, consultants, government fisheries departments to influence farmers. To collaborate internally with Technical services teams for charting a weekly/fortnightly plan for farmer meetings/Dealer meetings/feedback on trial/ after sales services to farmers etc.
    • Sales orders: Prepare customer sales orders and coordinate for sales accounting. Ensure payment collection and deposition. Coordinate to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time.
    • Ensure all necessary activities are done for preparation and execution of sales orders as per organization policies. Monitor sales accounting.
    • Market Intelligence: To monitor competitor activities, product performances, prices, promotion schemes, launches etc., and inform RSM/ Product Manager to take proactive steps.
    • Reporting: To maintain sales activity records and prepare weekly sales report and submit to RSM. To participate in monthly sales review and submit plans. Submit sales forecasts. Develop and maintain a customer database.
    • Policy implementation: Implement all organization policies in letter & spirit. Ensure all assets are safe and properly maintained. 

    Qualification and Experience: 

    • Graduate with minimum of 5 years’ experience in handling sales and marketing in Animal Feeds/rural products in rural areas.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
    • Graduate/ Post graduate in Fisheries would be preferred

    Regional Sales Manager

     

    Responsibilities: 

    The Regional Sales Manager is primarily responsible for planning, implementing and directing the sales and marketing activities of the organization in a designated region to achieve sales objectives. 

    • Planning: To develop sales plan as per annual budget and market potential to achieve sales and revenue goals. To set individual sales targets with sales team.
    • Sales target: Coordinate sales and marketing action plans to sales personnel. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team. Ensure sales team has the necessary resources to perform. Ensure that sales targets of the region are met.
    • Distribution: To appoint good quality distributors/dealers and manage and challenge them to achieve both short term and long term sales targets. Guiding team members to create a pipeline of distributors/dealers.
    • Marketing: & Sales Promotion: Develop promotional ideas. Ensure different marketing activities like Distributor/Dealer meetings, Conferences, Dealer-Farmer meetings in different territories are undertaken in all territories as per marketing plan.
    • Monitoring & Control: Monitoring achievement of sales team vs sales objectives.  Coordinate and monitor sales activities. Investigate lost sales and customers. Track and analyse sales figures. Control expenses and monitor budgets.
    • Collaboration: To collaborate with industry experts, university and fisheries departments. To collaborate with internal team members like nutritionist/Quality Control/Technical services teams to provide feedback on trials/product performance/farmer meetings & after sales services to farmers to ensure achievement of sales objective.
    • Sales orders: Ensure all necessary activities are done for preparation and execution of sales orders as per organization policies. Monitor sales accounting.
    •  Mentoring subordinates: Conduct/facilitate training & development of subordinates for honing their selling & negotiation skills. Guiding them towards organizations goals & objectives. Provide feedback, support and coaching to sales team. Conduct Performance appraisals.
    • Market Intelligence: To monitor competitor activities, product performance, prices, promotion schemes etc., and take proactive steps. Provide feedback to superiors.
    • Reporting: Conduct monthly sales and marketing reviews of subordinates. Report weekly sales performance and contribute in monthly sales review. Forecast monthly/quarterly/annual sales.
    • Policy implementation: Implement all organization policies in letter & spirit. Ensure all assets are safe and properly maintained. 

    Qualification and Experience: 

    • A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8-10 years’ experience in handling sales and marketing in Animal Feeds/Rural marketing products
    • Graduate/post-graduate degree in fisheries or a business degree preferred
    • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
    • Team leadership -ability to manage large teams
    • Problem analysis & problem solving
    • Ability to handle large customer accounts
    • Proven good performance track record
    • Good written & verbal communication skills
