• Minimum of 8 years of work experience is required.
• Manage software, hardware and networking issues.

Responsibilities;

•  Primarily responsible for assisting the Company Secretary in attending to secretarial functions, performing assigned legal tasks, and giving supports regarding regulatory compliance requirements of the company.
•  Assist in developments of minutes, take care of meeting logistics, assist in ensuring welfare of directors, take preliminary actions regarding Corporate Affairs Commission filings, circulation of directives, review of legal documents/proffering of legal opinion, self-development and assisting in regulatory filings.

Requirements:

•  A bachelor of Law or LL.B, Law and B.L, Law is a must.
