The successful candidate will hold a first degree and masters in Management with a minimum of Ten (10) years working experience. In addition, a professional accounting qualification such as ACA,ACCA,CFA will be relevant.
The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for maintaining existing and potential customers, and continuously project the company’s products and services in a structured and professional manner. Besides identifying and developing new business opportunities, he/she would be expected to develop appropriate marketing strategies that leverage on the company’s capabilities and network to secure profitable projects that would contribute to meeting the firm’s revenue, profit and growth targets
The successful candidate will hold a first degree with a minimum of Five (5) years related working experience.
The Risk Manager will report to Business Development Manager and coordinate the process of identifying and managing the various categories and types of risks the company may be exposed to in the course of its business. He/She will also develop and manage robust risk management framework for the company.
The successful candidate will hold a first degree and an MBA with a minimum of Five (5) years relevant working experience.
The Internal Auditor will report directly to the Board of Directors and would be required to carry out independent, objective assurance and consulting activities that would add value to and improve the company's operations.
He/She will help the organisation accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of its controls, risk management and governance processes by providing insight and recommendations based on analysis and assessments of data and business processes.
The successful candidate will hold a first degree with a minimum of Five (5) years related working experience. A professional accounting or audit qualification such as ACA, CIMA or CISA would be an added advantage.
The Human Resource Officer will report directly to the Managing Director to develop policies, design systems and adopt procedures to attract, retain and motivate a corps of highly dedicated and talented staff that will drive the achievement of the organisation's goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will hold a first degree in a business related discipline with a minimum of Five (5) years working experience in Human Resources. In addition, relevant professional qualifications, such as ACIPM, ACIPD would offer an added advantage.
The Credit Analyst will report directly to the Business Development Manager, he/she will be responsible for analyzing current credit data and financial statements of individuals or firms to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money and also prepare reports with this credit information for use in decision-making.
The successful candidate will hold a first degree in a Business realated discipline with a minimum of Five (5) years working experience in credit administration
The Marketing Officer will report directly to the Business Development Manager. He/She will seek and maintain customers through day to day call activities, while creating quality risk assets and effectively meeting sales targets.
The successful candidate will hold a first degree in Marketing and allied disciplines with a minimum of Four (4) years working experience in a similar working environment.
The transaction officer will report directly to the Business Development Manager to accurately and efficiently process and record routine transactions for customers.
More so, he/she will deposit checks, accept payments, process loan payments and money transfers.
The successful candidate will hold a first degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of Four (4) years working experience in a similar environment.
