    Sales Executive


    Main purpose of position
    The Sales executive is the key point of contact between our organisation and our clients: answering queries, offering advice, introducing new products and making repeat sales to existing customers.

    Job Description
    • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
    • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
    • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
    • Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
    • Gathering market and customer information;
    • Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
    • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers;
    • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;

    Main Purpose of Position
    This role is responsible for the ensuring visual display of correct mix of merchandize at all store outlets. Ensure that the look on mannequins and layout of shop floor and visual display enhances sales.

    Job Description
    • Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers;
    • Creating store display at all store outlets
    • Researching and predicting fashion trends
    • Producing layout for stores
    • Liaising with buyers, analysts, stores, suppliers and distributors;
    • Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts and strategies to promote sales stores
    • Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise customer interest and sales;
    • Producing layout plans for stores;
    • Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges;
    • Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season;
    • Using specialist computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs;

    Qualification and Experiences
    • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Logistics or Supply chain Management or a related field.
    • Master’s Degree in relevant discipline
    • A minimum of 7 - 10 years experience in similar role (inclination to fashion would be an added advantage).
    • Any professional certification would be an added advantage

    Head, Retail Operations (Sales)


    Main purpose of position
    Experienced and professional retail operations (Sales) who has a passion for selling and driving up sales.

    Job Description
    • Define, develop and implement strategy, analyse and appropriate reaction to operational and market trends to maximize business profitability;
    • Have full responsibility for the delivery of agreed financial objectives and drive sales across the retail outlets;
    • Drive and increase sales performance across all retail outlets;
    • Oversee and Support the execution of identified opportunities and strategies to improve the customer experience/sales in collaboration with the store managers, customer experience unit, brand/marketing unit;
    • Generates ideas about future retail activities to ensure a cutting edge strategy, maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends;
    • Uses open feedback mechanisms from the operations team with other departments to ensure the integration of the retail strategy;

    Logistics and Distribution - Data Analyst


    Main Purpose of Position
    As the Data Analyst, you will be collecting and analysising data for the company to be used to perfect their direct marketing campaigns, metrics and business practices. The data analyst runs various mathematical calculations to determine how the data samples might best be applied to profit the business. Most importantly, the data analyst evaluates risk; culling stastical information to determine whether the organization is growing and also support of the company’s strategic goals, while supporting external customer base.

    Job Description
    • To come up with a comprehensive analysis of merchandise at both the central store and the retail outlets.
    • To report consistently and accurately to the COO, CRO on merchandize analysis
    • Comparison of sales trends over certain periods of as requested from time to time

    • Weekly/monthly report on fast moving and slow moving stock
