About the role

• Field Support Volunteers are essential to making our programmes run smoothly. Whether it's helping organise a food distribution in Sokoto or supporting a health screening event in Kaduna, your presence makes a direct difference. This is a practical, hands-on volunteer role for those who want to contribute through action.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with set-up, operations, and pack-down at distribution and outreach events.
• Help register and guide community participants.
• Support the programme team with logistics, stock handling, and crowd management.
• Maintain records of attendance and items distributed.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines during events.

What we're looking for

• Physically able to assist with event logistics.
• Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Resident in or able to travel to the deployment area.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at community events or distributions.
• Driving licence (useful for some locations).

About the role

• Our Social Media Volunteer will work remotely alongside our Communications Officer to help tell the foundation's story online. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for social impact and digital content who wants to contribute meaningfully, even from a distance.

Key responsibilities

• Create graphic and written content for Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
• Monitor comments and engage with the online community.
• Report on key engagement metrics monthly.
• Support the production of campaign assets during fundraising or awareness drives.

What we're looking for

• Familiarity with major social media platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or equivalent).
• Good written English and a strong eye for visual presentation.
• Able to commit at least 4 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience managing social accounts for a brand or organisation.
• Video editing skills.
• Interest in public health and community welfare.

• Fundraising & Events Volunteers support the foundation's ability to keep delivering programmes by helping to plan and run income-generating and awareness activities. If you enjoy organising events, engaging people, and creative problem-solving, this role offers a meaningful way to contribute.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of fundraising events and campaigns.
• Assist with outreach to potential donors, corporate partners, and supporters.
• Help coordinate logistics for dinners, raffles, auctions, and awareness events.
• Follow up on event enquiries and RSVPs.
• Assist in producing event materials including invitations, programmes, and signage.

What we're looking for

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable speaking with donors and members of the public.
• Able to attend planning meetings and events in person where required.

• Prior experience in events, fundraising, or sales.
• Existing networks that could support the foundation's fundraising efforts.
