    Treasury Manager

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • To efficiently measure and manage the treasury function of the organization
    • Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments and analyzing various scenarios and risks to report to senior management
    • Forecasting of medium and long- term funding and hedging requirements
    • Forex management
    • Daily cash management
    • Debt facilities management
    • Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies
    • Liaising with senior management across the organization

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or Master's Degree
    • Candidates should possess 5-7 years experience managing a Treasury Function
    • ICAN certified
    • Understanding of treasury finance
    • Sound understanding of accounting principles
    • Strong knowledge of financial markets and debt instruments
    • Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team
    • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
    • Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties
    • Excellent in the use of computer software including Excel and other accounting packages

    Salary
    N250,000 - N500,000 / Month

    Internal Audit Officer

     RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Evaluate, advice and report on the processes by which significant risks are managed and the adequacy and effectiveness of systems of internal control with emphasis on financial, commercial and compliance processes.
    • Manage audit projects and activities Leveraging a risk-based approach, determine audit scope and identify risks and implications; 
    • Develop audit programs, oversee the conduct of the audit and preparation of audit and supporting documentation using the end to end one audit methodology.
    • Plan, develop and perform financial, operational and compliance risk-based audits for all areas.
    • Track results of prior audits, identify audit themes across organizations and facilitate appropriate corrective action
    • Assess and appraise business operations to provide Management with an evaluation of internal controls.
    • Assess Management’s level of compliance with established policies, procedures and standards, as well as the adequacy of internal controls within business and financial processes and operation.
    • Perform data analytics procedures and systems back-end validation testing.
    • Conduct special investigation or reviews at the request of management such as those required to discover mechanics unusual trend to develop protective and detective controls.
    • Manage external auditors.

     Requirements ;

    • Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience with background in audit, compliance and/or business partnering.
    • Up to date knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
    • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
    • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
    • Sound independent judgment.

    Business Finance Manager

    Job Responsibilities: 

    •  This position will provide financial analysis necessary to underpin and determine key corporate decisions.
    •  The employee must be highly proficient in business modelling and forecasting, and business planning in terms on Inventory replenishment, Client Claims and debtors management.
    •  Experienced in developing information memorandum and analysing financial data to come up with recommended strategies and structures, including areas such as business reporting, optimising management and use of company resources as well as targeting clients and business lines.

     Educational Qualification: 

    •  Chartered Accountant (ICAN)
    •  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a directly relatable subject matter, i.e. Finance, Accounting, Economics

     Specific Skills 

    • Extensive experience with analysing high volume organization in distribution business of goods & products
    • At least 7 years of financial management responsibilities including day-to-day operation activity
    • Proven strategic financial analysis skills including proficiency in excel, writing business plans from scratch without any assistance, financial modelling, proposals, and presentations to differing audiences
    • Detail Oriented and highly organized
