    Trade Marketing, Planning and Projects Manager

    The key purpose of this role is to manage Trade Marketing Budget and Tracking monthly spend, analyzing trade activity data, utilize Share-point tools to manage data and competitor activities to develop effective trade marketing strategies. The primary focus will be on Planning and executing all Trade Marketing Projects to support Sales and Marketing teams by providing insights and recommendations to optimize promotional activities, distribution channels, and pricing strategies etc.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Project Tracking: Plan, Execute, Track and Report on all Trade Marketing Projects. Set framework for FY activities (1YP) and manage periodic deliverables (Quarterly and Monthly Presentations)
    • Data Collection & Management: Collect and Manage Trade Marketing Data (Promotions & Activations Data, Specific Project Data, Asset Data etc.) on share-point and other cloud tools.
    • Trade Promotion Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and campaigns by analyzing sales data, promotional ROI, and trade spend. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance promotional strategies.
    • Channel Strategy: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing strategies. Evaluate distribution channels, pricing structures, and promotional tactics to maximize sales and profitability.
    • Data Analysis: Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights. Interpret complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Forecasting and Planning: Assist in the development of Trade Marketing Execution and promotion plans based on market insights and historical data. Monitor performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
    • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams to align trade marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and actionable insights. Provide timely updates to management on trade marketing initiatives and results.
    • ZBB Tracking: Manage ZBB Budget in collaboration with ZBB PPM to ensure efficient utilization of the budget and compliance to ZBB due diligence.

    Brewing Machine Specialist

    Key purpose:

    To maintain equipment in new condition, assuring reliable performance to standard through inspections and corrective actions to restore equipment back to inherent condition, problem solving to address root cause of failures and loop closure and provide input into the ZBB maintenance budget. Coaches operators in the correct way to operate equipment and perform autonomous operations. Typically assigned to quality impact machines like centrifuges', quality checks are carried out and deviations to standard acted on.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    Health, Safety and Environment

    • Comply with safety, health and environmental procedures and legislation
    • Maintain safety and housekeeping standards
    • Identification of unsafe practices through SIO's
    • Safety inspections conducted
    • Safe maintenance practices audited
    • Adherence to PPE policies
    • Maintenance tools are in good working order

    Maintain and repair plant and associated devices

    • Locate plant, equipment, spares and relevant documentation and or systems.
    • Plan and prepare the job
    • Carry out repairs / maintenance
    • Operate workshop equipment

    Work orders complete

    • Generate tags for follow on work

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Minimum NTC/ N6 Technikon qualification
    • National Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) will be an advantage
    • Trade test qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Millwright
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years in a packaging bottling production environment
    • 1-3 Years technical mechanical/electrical and brewing/bottling experience in a leadership capacity in a FMCG environment
