    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Supervisor to support daily business activities and ensure smooth workflow.
    • The ideal candidate will supervise staff, monitor operations, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are hiring a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to lead and grow the Cold Chain Long Haulage as a Service (LHaaS) division.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring high-volume B2B clients, securing long-term haulage contracts, and building a strong pipeline for temperature-controlled logistics services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, target, and onboard manufacturers and distributors dealing in temperature-sensitive goods such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, dairy, and frozen foods
    • Develop and present compelling proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure long-term haulage contracts (SLAs)
    • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline while ensuring all activities and client interactions are properly tracked
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to maintain a competitive and profitable position
    • Act as the key liaison between clients and operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
    • Grow existing accounts by increasing haulage volume and strengthening client relationships

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management
    • Experience in Cold Chain, FMCG, Perishables, or Pharmaceutical supply chains
    • Proven experience using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
    • Strong industry network within FMCG, dairy, frozen food, or pharma sectors is an advantage
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
