Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Supervisor to support daily business activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• The ideal candidate will supervise staff, monitor operations, and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure tasks are completed on time
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Assist in inventory management and stock control
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints
• Report operational issues and performance updates to management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support the implementation of business strategies and improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• 1 - 3 years experience in a supervisory or similar role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
