    Storekeeper

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage the inventory of food items, ingredients, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies.
    • The Storekeeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records to ensure a smooth flow of operations across the restaurant outlets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies and materials.
    • Ensure proper storage and labeling of all items according to safety and hygiene standards.
    • Issue materials and ingredients to kitchen and restaurant staff based on requisitions.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with physical inventory.
    • Monitor stock levels and notify the Procurement Manager of low or critical items.
    • Ensure storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
    • Prevent spoilage, wastage, and theft by implementing effective stock control measures.
    • Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and audits.
    • Ensure First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation method is followed at all times.
    • Collaborate with the Procurement and Kitchen teams to ensure supply chain efficiency.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum of SSCE / WAEC; additional training in storekeeping, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage.
    • 1–3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
    • Knowledge of food safety and storage guidelines.
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
    • Ability to operate inventory management systems and basic computer tools (e.g., Excel).
    • Honest, trustworthy, and dependable.
    • Physical stamina for lifting and moving stock as needed.

    Procurement Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations for our fast food restaurant.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of quality food ingredients, packaging materials, equipment, and other supplies at the best possible prices to support daily operations across all outlets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies.
    • Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to obtain high-quality products at competitive prices.
    • Monitor inventory levels and work closely with outlet/store managers to forecast supply needs.
    • Create and manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
    • Ensure timely delivery of supplies to all restaurant locations.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
    • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and recommend improvements when necessary.
    • Manage procurement budget and control spending to ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on market trends, price fluctuations, and potential supply chain risks.
    • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards during procurement.
    • Report regularly to management on procurement performance and challenges.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in procurement, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software/tools.
    • Knowledge of food safety standards and supply chain best practices.
    • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.
    • High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
    • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships.

    Benefits

    • Salary: N250,000 - N300,000 Net
