    Job Description

    • We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, and managing daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leadership & Team Management: Hire, train, and motivate staff; manage schedules and performance.

    Design Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist the Lead Designer with fabric selection, pattern development, and sample creation.
    • Research emerging fashion trends, silhouettes, colors, and materials.
    • Support with sketching design concepts (hand or digital).
    • Create and organize mood boards, look books, and design inspiration materials.

    Human Resources Officer

    Role Summary

    • The HR Officer will support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, documentation, and compliance.

    Bookkeeper

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
    • The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
    • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and journals.
    • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an added advantage.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Excellent time management and communication skills.
