Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern located in Lagos. The Human Resources Intern will assist with the implementation and improvement of HR policies, support personnel management processes, and assist in the administration of employee benefits. Additional responsibilities include maintaining HR records, facilitating recruitment processes, and engaging in various HR-related projects to support the organization's workforce needs and goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge of core Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, Problem-Solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, such as HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
• Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD)
• Minimum 1-3 years working experience
