About the job

• Supervision of LNG, LCNG regular supply, sales, and documentation.
• Management of operators, auxiliary staff and clients to adhere to the rules and regulations governing Greenville LNG.
• To ensure operators are always on their PPE during operation in compliance with HSE and Greenville’s regulation.
• To ensure all installations and equipment’s are in working condition to extend assets lifespan.
• To ensure regular power supply and routine servicing and maintenance of the generating sets.
• To ensure members of staff and clients adhere to safety measures within the station as well as the host community.
• To maintain accurate records to the operational tools.
• To always create market awareness of LNG, LCNG to the general public as the best fuel for present and future Nigeria.
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
• Any other job assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to business administration. However, Engineering background with vast commercial experience will be considered.
• At least 5 years of work experience in the administrative/sales role in FMCG, Logistics company, CNG Stations, LPG Station, Tank farm is required.
• Proven track record in maintaining good work ethics, keeping files, and recording system.
• Very good sales and business development, networking and teambuilding skills are required
• Proficient in Microsoft packages

About the job

• Operate CNG and LNG fueling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist customers with fueling their vehicles.
• Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate station manager in timely and efficient manner.
• Generate reports on fueling station performance, including sales, usage, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel transactions, equipment inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized fueling station environment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on fueling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for repairs and inspections as needed.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of fuel dispensed and transactions.
• Implement emergency response procedures for fueling stations.
• Coordinate with emergency services as needed and provide assistance during emergency situations.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and regulations for CNG and LNG fueling stations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain accurate records of safety procedures.
• Attend and participate in safety training programs.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with fueling, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Educate customers on CNG and LNG fueling procedures and safety guidelines.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of National Diploma in a science-based course
• Minimum of One year of experience operating CNG/ LNG/ Liquid fueling equipment
• Strong knowledge of CNG and LNG safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
