Hospital Operations Supervisor at Crystal Thorpe

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Hospital supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Center, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will oversee patient care, ensure hospital environment is clean and tidy. The ideal candidate MUST have a background in a healthcare setting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality patient care
•  Manager staffing Rotas
•  Develop and implement policies and procedures
•  Undertake business development functions as and when required
•  Maintain inventory - Pharmacy, Lab and other inventories 
•  Coordinate with medical staff to ensure patient satisfaction
•  Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency
•  Handle patient complaints and issues
•  Ensure the hospital is clean and safe
•  Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and departments.

Requirements 

• Bachelor\'s degree minimum qualifications. 
• Background in any one of the following is required:  Medical Doctor, Nursing, Pharmacist, Medical Lab scientist or Healthcare Administration. 
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care
