    Social Media Officer / Content Creator

    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator responsible for developing engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content that promotes the company's healthcare and hygiene products across multiple digital platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with an understanding of healthcare communication to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and product visibility.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, create, and publish high-quality content, including videos, graphics, articles, blogs, and social media posts.
    • Produce educational and promotional content focused on healthcare, hygiene, and wellness products.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging, and healthcare communication standards.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and business objectives.
    • Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent content calendar across all digital and social media platforms.
    • Manage content distribution and optimize content for maximum engagement, reach, and visibility.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using relevant analytics tools, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and competitive.
    • Ensure the accuracy, credibility, and compliance of all health-related information shared with the public.
    • Support social media growth initiatives by creating audience-focused content that enhances brand awareness and customer engagement.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience within the healthcare, hygiene, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
    • Strong creative writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, video editing applications, and social media management platforms.
    • Excellent understanding of social media trends, content marketing strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Sales Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and drive business growth.
    • This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and building strong relationships with clients.

    Key Responsibilities
