    Social Media / Digital Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Social Media/Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for managing the pharmacy’s online presence, driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting sales through effective digital strategies.
    • The role involves creating health-related content, promoting in-store services, engaging customers across social platforms, and ensuring consistent brand representation.

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Plan, create and publish engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), WhatsApp Channel, and other platforms.
    • Develop weekly/monthly social media calendars.
    • Create pharmacy-appropriate content (health tips, product highlights, promotions, awareness days).
    • Respond to comments, DMs, inquiries, and reviews promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor trends relevant to healthcare, wellness, and retail pharmacy.

    Content Creation:

    • Design eye-catching graphics, videos, reels, and product photography.
    • Create educational content on medications, supplements, health conditions, and pharmacy services (under pharmacist guidance where needed).
    • Write captions and copy that reflect the brand tone.

    Digital Marketing & Sales Support:

    • Run targeted ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads) to boost pharmacy visibility and drive sales.
    • Promote new products, price deals, and in-store/online services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to push high-demand or seasonal products.

    Website & E-Commerce Support (if applicable):

    • Upload products and maintain accurate descriptions, prices, and photos.
    • Track online orders and coordinate with the store for timely fulfillment.
    • Monitor web analytics (traffic, engagement, conversions).

    Customer Engagement & Brand Building:

    • Manage WhatsApp Broadcast/WhatsApp Business for customer outreach.
    • Build and grow online community engagement.
    • Work with pharmacists to generate trusted health information for the customer base.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field (preferred).
    • 1 - 3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing.
    • Experience in a retail pharmacy, FMCG, or healthcare environment is an added advantage.

    Community Pharmacist

    • Job Description

    • The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients on proper medication use, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
    • Additionally, the Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver optimal patient care.
    • Qualifications

    Field Sales and Marketing Associate

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Field Sales & Marketing Associate to be our “foot on the ground” in Nigeria.
    • This person will lead product outreach, engage directly with schools, food vendors, supermarkets, and last-mile retail channels (small kiosks, roadside sellers, and mobile hawkers), and serve as the key driver of early sales growth.
    • They will also gather market intelligence and provide daily feedback to management to help refine strategy.

    • Actively visit schools, food vendors, and other informal micro distributors to pitch and sell Garri Delight.
    • Market and sell the company’s products to potential customers.

    • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, school administrators, and distribution partners.
    • Identify and pursue new sales leads, arranging meetings and follow-ups.
    • Gather and report daily feedback on customer reactions, competitor activity, and sales channel performance.
    • Share insights and recommendations on pricing, promotions, and packaging improvements.
    • Track and analyze sales activity, providing weekly progress reports.
    • Act as an on-the-ground brand ambassador, ensuring Garri Delight is represented professionally and positively.

    Qualifications

    • OND / HND qualification / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, field marketing, or brand activation.
    • Proven ability to drive sales in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
    • Existing network with vendors and distributors in FMCG industry which can be leveraged.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Good quantitative skills, and ability to process raw data.
    • Street-smart, adaptable, and resourceful, with a strong local network.
    • Comfortable working independently, with high accountability.
    • Passionate about building a brand and eager to grow with the business.
