Responsibilities
You will have the following responsibilities but are not limited to…

• Curating and creating content for the Company’s Social media. channels, newsletters, and blogs.
• Responsible for product photography and sourcing related images.
• Drawing up a monthly Social media calendar.
• Managing our Company’s online presence and brand by engaging with our customers.
• Keeping abreast with social media trends.
• Liaising with the Company’s Website & Graphics Visual Designer to create compelling video and graphic content.
• Developing ideas on how to convert our Social media followers to email subscribers via giveaways, offers, etc.
• Identifying collaboration opportunities with influencers and other companies.
• Accurately collecting, analyzing, and using marketing data to provide invaluable insights about our Business.

Requirements and Skills

• Candidates should possess a BSc qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Creative flair
• Knowledgeable about the various social media platforms
• Comfortable in front of the camera
• Basic video shooting, photography, and editing skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Skincare enthusiast

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect information on the design requirements for building projects.
• Interact with clients to identify structural specifications, location, and budget.
• Prepare proposals and deliver presentations.
• Proffer recommendations to clients on a suitable choice of design, considering set budget and preference.
• Produce designs for proposed structures using 3D Max and CAD tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and manual drafting.
• Present building plans to client/management for approval.
• Specify important details for a building project such as cost estimates, materials, and assumed duration of construction.
• Exchange information and ideas with other building design professionals to add to their pool of knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies, regulations, and standards when working with clients.
• Document and keep a record of architectural designs and other relevant information required for filing purposes.
• Maintain contact with clients during building construction to help resolve possible design problems.
• Modify created designs at the request of management or client.
• Attend conferences/workshops to stay up-to-date with architectural trends and development.

Requirements

• First Degree from a reputable higher institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and manual drafting.
• Organized, and conscientious of schedules & deadlines.
• Understanding of construction or production methods and processes.
