    Facility Officer (Junior)

    Job Summary

    • The Facility Officer supports the day-to-day maintenance of the company’s workshop, factory, and office spaces, ensuring all equipment, tools, and utilities are functioning properly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspect workshop machines and tools regularly
    • Report faults in electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems
    • Follow up on repairs and maintenance activities
    • Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of workspaces
    • Monitor fuel, power supply, and facility consumables
    • Maintain maintenance logs and service records
    • Support safety compliance in the workshop

    Requirements

    • HND/BSc Degree in Engineering or related field
    • 3–4 years experience in a workshop, factory, or similar environment
    • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

    Facility Manager (Mid-Level)

    Job Summary

    • The Facility Manager oversees the maintenance and efficient operation of all facilities, ensuring minimal downtime in production and safe working conditions.

    Quality Control Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Quality Control Officer ensures that all furniture products meet required quality standards during production and before delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspect raw materials (wood, boards, fittings)
    • Monitor production stages (cutting, assembling, finishing)
    • Check measurements, finishing, and fittings of completed items
    • Identify and report defects
    • Ensure products meet design specifications
    • Maintain quality inspection records
    • Assist in quality checks during installation

    Requirements

    • HND / BSc in Engineering, Wood Technology, or related field
    • 3–4 years experience in furniture production or manufacturing
    • Basic understanding of furniture materials and finishing
