    Senior Document Control Specialist

    Role Overview

    • The Senior Document Control Specialist ensures robust documentation systems that meet the regulatory, contractual, and technical requirements across all project phases—from design and procurement through to construction and commissioning.
    • This role interfaces with internal departments, external contractors, and critical regulatory agencies (e.g., NCDMB, DPR/NUPRC, NUIS), and ensures all project documentation is aligned with both local (TEPNG standards) and international best practices.

    Key Responsibilities
    Document Management & Control System Development:

    • Develop and implement document control procedures, policies, workflows, and classification structures in line with project lifecycle requirements.
    • Establish a centralized Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) that supports searchability, access control, version tracking, and metadata tagging.
    • Maintain and regularly update the Master Document Register, Document Distribution Matrix, and Transmittal Records.
    • Utilize industry tools such as PRODOM, Aconex, and UNISUP for documentation and workflow management.

    Document Lifecycle Management:

    • Coordinate the receipt, registration, tracking, distribution, and archiving of engineering drawings, purchase orders, quality documentation, material test reports (MTRs), inspection certificates, O&M manuals, and contracts.
    • Ensure document traceability and audit trails across version histories and approval gates.
    • Oversee and manage secure storage (physical and digital) for confidential, proprietary, and regulatory documentation.

    Quality, Compliance, and Auditing: 

    • Ensure all documentation complies with ISO 9001:2015, API Q1/Q2, NERC documentation standards, and other applicable regulatory bodies.
    • Participate in internal and external audits (project audits, regulatory audits, vendor audits), ensuring document readiness and compliance.
    • Prepare document control plans for EPC projects and contribute to QA/QC checklists and document turnover packages (Dossier/Handover File).
    • Ensure document readiness for project close-out with NUIS, DPR, and TEPNG stakeholders.

    Stakeholder Interface:

    • Act as the central communication point for document flow between engineering, procurement, legal, regulatory, HSE, and contractors.
    • Coordinate with clients, JV partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely document submission and approvals.
    • Lead onboarding of new document control team members and train project personnel on document protocols.
    • Collaborate with planning teams to align documentation milestones with PRIMAVERA schedules.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • OND/B.Sc./HND in Engineering, Information Science, or Library/Archival Studies.
    • 10+ years of document control experience, with at least 5 years in the energy, oil & gas, EPC, or renewable sectors.
    • Proven experience managing documentation for multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
    • Expert user of document control platforms (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, Procore, OpenText, PRODOM, UNISUP).
    • Knowledge of industry document formats such as AutoCAD drawings, PID/PFDs, datasheets, method statements, RFIs, ITPs, and vendor documentation.

    Senior Procurement Specialist

    Role Overview

    • The Senior Procurement Specialist leads the sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for key materials, equipment, and services across the company’s energy portfolio—including smart meters, solar systems, power generation equipment, and O&M contracts.
    • This role requires deep knowledge of local and international supply markets, energy industry regulations, and project delivery requirements in fast-paced, regulated environments.
    • This role is critical in optimizing procurement efficiency, minimizing supply chain risk, and aligning commercial terms with project and corporate goals.

    Key Responsibilities
    Strategic Procurement Planning:

    • Develop and execute category-specific procurement strategies based on project forecasts, technical specifications, and inventory analytics.
    • Monitor material lead times and adjust sourcing plans to avoid project delays.
    • Identify opportunities for local content enhancement in line with NCDMB and NERC requirements.
    • Align procurement milestones with PRIMAVERA project schedules.

    Sourcing, Contracting, and Vendor Management:

    • Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify global and local vendors across categories (solar components, metering, cabling, transformers, civil contractors, fleet logistics, etc.).
    • Execute competitive bid processes including RFPs, RFQs, and e-auctions where necessary.
    • Negotiate payment terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and performance SLAs.
    • Draft and review purchase agreements, frame contracts, and service-level agreements in collaboration with legal and engineering.
    • Utilize PRODOM or UNISUP systems for bid processing and contract workflow.

    Compliance, Risk Management, and Reporting:

    • Ensure procurement policies align with NERC, BPP (for public sector jobs), NCDMB, and IFRS standards.
    • Perform commercial evaluations in conjunction with technical assessments.
    • Maintain procurement dashboards and KPIs (cost savings, cycle time, PO accuracy, vendor scorecards).
    • Conduct market intelligence analysis on pricing trends, geopolitical risks, and FX exposure.
    • Support contract close-out procedures aligned with TEPNG, NAPIMS, and DPR requirements.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • B.Sc. in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Administration. MBA preferred.
    • 10 – 12 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in oil & gas, energy, or renewable sectors.
    • Professional certifications (CIPS, ISM, PMP) are highly desirable.
    • Strong experience with ERP procurement modules (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, UNISUP).
    • Familiarity with vendor pre-qualification for IOCs, EPCs, and NERC/NCDMB frameworks.

    Senior Procurement Engineer

    Job Description

    • The Senior Procurement Engineer bridges technical and commercial functions by translating engineering specifications into commercially sound procurement actions.
    • This role ensures all project-critical technical materials and equipment—ranging from solar panels and inverters to complex metering devices, transformers, substations, and civil equipment—are procured to the right quality, budget, and timeline.
    • You will interface with design teams, OEMs, QA/QC teams, and suppliers to ensure that technically validated equipment is procured in compliance with applicable codes (ASME, API, IEC), regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

    Responsibilities
    Technical Procurement Execution:

    • Translate engineering drawings, MTOs, and specifications into detailed purchase requisitions and RFQs.
    • Collaborate with engineering to finalize datasheets, equipment specs, and interface requirements.
    • Evaluate technical offers, coordinate clarification meetings, and conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE).
    • Ensure completeness of technical documentation during supplier onboarding (e.g., GA drawings, warranty terms, QA plans, FAT procedures).

    Supplier Interface & Quality Compliance:

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
    • Minimum of 10 years experience, with at least 6 years in procurement engineering roles in power/energy/oil & gas sectors.
    • Extensive knowledge of relevant equipment categories (solar PV, energy storage systems, transformers, SCADA, cabling, structural steel, etc.).
    • Experience in EPC, IPP, or regulated power project environments.
    • Familiar with applicable codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, API, IEC, NERC, DPR).
    • Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement databases (UNISUP, SAP, Oracle).
