    Senior Accountant

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the organization's financial records, reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting strategic business decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare, maintain, and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
    • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and cash flow to ensure efficient financial operations.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings, VAT, PAYE, pensions, and regulatory reporting.

    • Operate and maintain drilling machines to carry out drilling activities in accordance with production plans.
    • Perform drilling operations accurately to meet blasting and quarry production requirements.

    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies during all drilling operations.

    • Good understanding of quarry drilling techniques and safety procedures.
    • Ability to identify and report equipment faults and perform basic preventive maintenance.
    • Physically fit and capable of working in demanding outdoor environments.
