Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers within the Federal and State government workforce to introduce and offer our loan products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government employees, understanding their financial requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pursuing sales opportunities and effectively managing client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for expanding our reach within the Public Sector and achieving revenue goals.

Job Requirement

Network Infrastructure Management:
- Designs, implements, and maintains the organization’s LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable connectivity across all locations. Design the network and system architecture.
IT Infrastructure & Systems Support:
- Provides technical support for network-related systems and infrastructure, ensuring servers and connected services operate efficiently and with minimal downtime.
Network Security & Access Control:
- Implements and enforces network security controls, including firewalls, access policies, and monitoring, to protect systems, data, and financial operations from threats.
Enterprise Connectivity & Availability Management:

- Monitor and report on IT service performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Act as a point of contact for service escalations.
